Forging means creating something beautiful, practical or even exciting from a simple piece of metal. This requires special knowledge, craftsmanship and, last but not least, the right tools.

The work of a metal designer, formerly known as an artistic blacksmith, is always creative. This is how handicrafts, objects with artistic merit and also independent art are created. Like a sculptor, the blacksmith breathes life into the pure metal.
